30 Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us undamaged, and in its original condition and/or packaging, for a full refund. The item must be returned, to reach us not later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of your purchase of the item. If you are returning the whole order, we will refund the cost of the item(s) purchased as well as the initial amount we charged you to deliver the item(s) to you. We will not refund you any delivery charges incurred by you in returning the item(s) to us.
If the item(s) is/are damaged or if we have supplied you with the incorrect item(s), our Customer Services team will arrange a replacement or refund for the item(s) to be returned to us free of charge.
If, after we have despatched your item(s), you wish to cancel the order because you no longer require the item(s), you will have to take delivery of the item(s) first, and then arrange to return the item(s) to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item(s) back in good condition, we will process a refund to you for the cost of the items including any postage you paid on your original order only.
If the item(s) is/are damaged in any way, you must obtain pre-authorisation from us before arranging to return the damaged item(s).
The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
How to return your goods:
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with Knowsy Kids via the Contact Ussection on our website to obtain a Returns Tracking Form (RTF) and number .Then simply complete the RTF on the back of your despatch note and return the item(s) to us to reach us not later than 30 days from the date of your purchase. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the item(s) in our Returns Department. If your item is damaged or faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph clearly showing the damage, your address details, your account/order details and your preferred resolution (whether replacement or refund). We will consider the nature and extent of the damage and then we will decide whether or not to accept, replace or refund the item(s).
- If you’ve received an incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return, refund or replacement. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow up to 10 days for a replacement. We can only consider replacement and/or refund of damaged or faulty item(s) after you contact us with the required photographic evidence of damage.
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided that we have not yet despatched the item(s) or the last item if your order has arrived in more than one delivery. This right of cancellation shall not be available if sealed packages have been unsealed. To exercise your cancellation right, please follow the instructions on how to return an order. When the item(s) goods that formed the cancelled order are received back in good condition by us, we will refund you for the item(s) including any postage you may have paid on your original order only. You must first obtain a notification to return cancelled orders before attempting to return the item(s). Before returning, please ensure you complete the Returns Tracking Form (RTF).
International Order Cancellation
Customers within the EU have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing an order, provided that we have not yet despatched the order – please see our standard Cancellation Policy.
For all other International customers (those outside of the EU), we regret that it is not possible to cancel or make changes to your order once you have placed it.

Orders originating within the EU: (All other International Returns):
If you wish to return item(s) from an international order originating outside of the EU, it may be returned at your own expense, in its original condition, within 30 days of your purchase. When we receive the item(s) back in good condition we will refund you the initial cost of the items, not including any delivery costs, or any charges incurred by you in returning the item(s) to us.
Please ensure you obtain our authorisation to return item(s) prior to returning them. You may request our authorisation by contacting us at the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please carefully package and parcel the item(s) with the original documentation and packaging where possible, write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel, and then return to us.
